Ingredients:
Tri-creatine malate (68%); capsule shell (gelatin; colors - iron oxides and hydroxides, titanium dioxide); inosine (10%); alpha-lipoic acid (3%); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
How to use:
Take a single serving of the preparation - 3 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 3 servings daily about 30 minutes before a meal.
