Ingredients:

Tri-creatine malate (86.2%); capsule shell (gelatin; dye – titanium dioxide); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Directions for use:

Single serving of the preparation – 2 capsules – drink 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings daily.
On training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving 30 min. before training or 1 serving immediately after training.
On non-training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving between meals or 1 serving before going to bed.

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Storage:
