Crea Xtreme is a powdered creatine stack based on 4 forms of creatine with increased absorption. Creatine is a key substance during very intense exercise, e.g. in the gym. It increases physical performance in the case of successive short, very intense physical exercises. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Ingredients:

CREA HYPER FUSION [tri-creatine malate; creatine monohydrate; creatine hydrochloride; creatine citrate] (77 %); maltodextrin; flavourings; anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide); thickener (sodium carboxymethylcellulose); sweetener (sucralose); beta-carotene dye. The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts

Directions for use:

Dissolve a single serving of the product - 3 g (0.5 scoops) - in 300 ml of water or juice. It is recommended to use 2 servings daily.

On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before training, 2nd serving immediately after training.
On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving before going to bed.

Do not use for longer than 4 weeks.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Storage:

Out of the reach of small children. Store in a dry place, avoid excessive heat. Do not use if the seal under the cap is damaged or missing.
