Ingredients:
82% calcium salt of conjugated linoleic acid [80% % CLA], capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Directions:
Take 2 capsules daily with an appropriate amount of water, during or immediately after a meal.
